RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 14 days from the date received for a refund. All items must be received in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. You will be refunded for cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs.
If you wish to return an item, please drop an e-mail to return@noakijewelry.com so that we may expect your return. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging materials so that it arrives to us undamaged. For your protection, please send all returns via a track-able carrier.
